崔玉海博士是加拿大University of Guelph的分子生物学和遗传学博士，目前供职于Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada和The University of Western Ontario，分别任Research Scientist和Adjunct Professor。崔玉海博士的主要研究方向为：（1）Genetic regulation of seed storage protein genes/seed development；（2）Epigenetic mechanisms in plant developmental Transitions。已在Plant Cell，PNAS，Plant Journal，Plant Physiology等国际学术期刊上发表多篇文章。
